Selsey Care Shop

Selsey Care Shop is an innovative project with a central presence in the High Street, providing communtiy information about the many clubs and voluntary groups that Selsey offers.

Selsey Care Shop works with local community groups, churches, other charities, businesses and statutory organisations to arrange activities such as befriending to combat loneliness and support through Selsey Carers to those who look after their friends or family members.  

The Care shop and it's staff work to promote a dementia-friendly community and act as the contact point for Selsey Dementia Action Alliance. This runs alongside a programme of counselling services and many kinds of support and information sessions for all residents of Selsey.
