The Old Malthouse
The Old Malthouse is a beautiful 16th Century building, originally a working granary and Malthouse. Many of it’s original features remain.
The home is situated in the peaceful coastal village of Selsey, and is a short walk to the village shops or seafront.
The Old Malthouse specialises in care for older people living with Dementia and prides itself on providing a high standard of care in a safe environment. Their goal is to ensure your transition into their care is as smooth as possible, from your first contact with them onwards. They will ensure that you maintain your independence, each person is unique and therefore the care team will work closely with you and your family to compile care plans that recognise your individuality.
Care Staff are trained in Dementia care, and are selected for their compassion, ability to listen and communicate with those in their care.
