Seaview is a lovely contemporary four bedroom home set close to the seafront at the west beach side of Selsey. The home has recently been refurbished to a high standard featuring modern bathrooms and a lovely back garden with large terrace and BBQ area. The front decking allows for sea views and is furnished with picnic table and seating. The beach promenade is a two minute walk from the house and there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within a twenty minute walk. The house is very well laid out, downstairs is a large modern kitchen diner, two living rooms and a good size dining room. French doors lead onto a terraced area and lawned garden. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms with King size beds, one is ensuite. There is a further twin room, a bunk room and a large family bathroom with power shower. The interior has been designed to reflect a modern coastal theme with an emphasis on comfortable holiday living.
There is wifi throughout the house and both of the living rooms are equipped with Sky Q this includes the sports channels. The front TV is a smart TV and also has access to Netflix, BT Sport, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub.
The garden is furnished with table and chairs and there are sun loungers and portable chairs that can be carried the short walk to the beach for relaxing in the sunshine.

Seaview is a modern build, and the inside reflects contemporary taste. Each bedroom is well appointed with good storage and tasteful linens. The interior design is in an urban style with co-ordinating furnishings. There are three toilet facilities.
Central to downstairs is a good sized family kitchen dining area in a simple beech finish. The kitchen has all the conveniences that are needed to make a holiday a true time for rest and relaxation. The property has been designed for those who enjoy the beach lifestyle with tiling to the front hall and kitchen area. There is also rear access to the garden for storage of beach equipment.

Seaview is a modern family home. Built recently it is on a small friendly village style development. The sea is central to this property that is slightly set back from the front which is a combination of grassed area, and pebbled beach.
The beach is semi private to the development so is usually less bust than surrounding areas. Selsey which can be reached via a seafront walk is more lively with a sandy beach and local amenities, the choice is yours. What makes Seaview special is that it is truly a family home and consideration has been taken to ensure that holiday makers feel it is home from home, but has the advantage of being on the sea front. Both the rear and front areas of the property have appropriate garden furnishing, and there are also beach chairs and picnic equipment to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
